our love was like the stars..

a little to cliché.

it was like capital letters at the beginning of a college essay.

Very Perdictable.

it was made up of cute stares and i wish you were here's.

our love wasn't strong and it wasnt meant to last until the end of time.

but it was the sun.

it didn't reached every heart of the earth.

our love isn't the way you look at her.

and it isn't the way she looks at him with her lips on yours.

our love was held in our hands and when you let go, i was left palm up, with a couple notes and some old pieces of your heart.

This is short, but that makes it even more incredible. you said so much with this and I love that.

  3. I don't think we think about cliches enough.

They're so important. Like, they feel like they should be a bad thing. Something we want to avoid. But, man, I want a cliche love a little bit. That seems like a good thing. There are so many cliches that are true, that are right, that are everything I want.

Anyway. Thanks for making me think about stuff.

-This line was definitely NOT a cliche. In a good way.
